Johanna Kracke is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and wellness coach. As a lifelong runner, Johanna started taking yoga in college and her hamstrings and stress level have thanked her ever since. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through The Studio DC and especially loves teaching yoga to the non-bendy.
