Personal Training is the safest and fastest way to reach your goals.

SCHEDULE:

Private personal training sessions are available on the following days & times:

Monday-Friday from 8-11am & 3-8pm
Saturdays: 8-1pm
Sundays: 9-1pm

RATES:  

Private, Partner & Small Group training packages are available.

All packages are offered as part of a monthly program. 1X, 2X, & 3X per week options are available and range from $20-$60 per session depending upon how many times per week you choose to train.

All training packages require a 3 month commitment to ensure adequate time to experience results.

All clients receive a FREE 30 minute consultation. Contact Jaime to schedule your consultation, discuss your goals and decide on the best training program for YOU!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Personal training appointment times are reserved and cancellations must be made a minimum of 12-hrs in advance prior to the start of the scheduled training session by sending an email directly to Jaime.
