Boot Camp

Boot Camp offers a unique opportunity to build your strength & endurance in a motivating environment of like-minded people. Classes take place both indoors & outdoors depending upon the weather forecast and season.

SCHEDULE:
Boot Camps are offered on the following days & times:

SUMMER:
(Classes take place outside, are 55 min, and are capped at 15 people)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6am & 7am
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7pm
Saturdays @ 9am

WINTER:
(Classes take place indoors, are 45 min, and are capped at 10 people)
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 5:45am, 6:30am & 7:15am
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7 & 7:45pm
Saturdays @ 9am
Sundays @ 10am (Starting in January!)

RATES:

Weekday classes are offered as part of a monthly program. 1X, 2X, & 3X per week options are available and range from $10-$15 per class. Contact Jaime to ensure you receive the best rates based on your fitness goals & availability!

Saturday classes are open to both member & non-members! The drop-in rate is $15. Class size is limited so advanced sign up is required through MindBody.

New to boot camp? Your first class is FREE! Again, simply sign up online!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requires 12 hour notice to avoid being charged for the class. This can be done through MindBody or via email.
