Boot Camps are offered on the following days & times:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6am & 7am
Wednesdays @ 7pm
Fridays @ 6am, 7am & 6pm
Saturdays @ 9am
Weekday classes are offered as part of a monthly program. 1X, 2X, & 3X per week options are available and range from $10-$15 per class. Contact Jaime to ensure you receive the best rates based on your fitness goals & availability!
Saturday classes are open to both member & non-members! The non-member drop-in rate is $15. Members receive a discounted rate of $8. Class size is limited so advanced sign up is required. If you have not signed up on Facebook, please contact Jaime to secure your spot by Friday at 5pm!
