Boot Camp offers a unique opportunity to build your strength & endurance in a motivating environment of like-minded people. Classes take place both indoors & outdoors depending upon the weather forecast and season.
Boot Camps are offered on the following days & times:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6am & 7am
Wednesdays @ 7pm
Saturdays @ 9am
Weekday classes are offered as part of a monthly program. 1X, 2X, & 3X per week options are available and range from $10-$15 per class. Contact Jaime to ensure you receive the best rates based on your fitness goals & availability!
Saturday classes are open to both member & non-members! The drop-in rate is $10. Class size is limited so advanced sign up is required through MindBody.
