Exercise Ideas

Here are a few suggested exercises & short workouts that you can do any time, anywhere! No equipment needed. Perfect for traveling, home workouts or adding a bit of variety to your regular exercise routine.
  1. Complete 3 min of Sit-ups
  2. Complete Tabata Push-ups, then online casino deutschland Tabata Squats. (Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds work & 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 min.)
  3. Complete 5 rounds of: 5 burpees, 10 push-ups, 15 squats
  4. 4 rounds of: Run 400m & 50 squats
  5. 4 rounds of: 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 flutterkicks
  6. Complete the following exercises for 10 minutes: 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, 30 lunges (each leg = rep)
  7. Complete the following exercises for 1 min each. End each round with a plank hold. Record total reps each round. Repeat 3x. Try to beat total # of reps from the previous rounds: Push-ups, Sit ups, Squats, Lunges, then immediately hold plank as long as you can.
  8. Complete 21-15-9 Reps of: lunges (each leg ½ rep), sit-ups, burpees
  9. Complete 4 rounds of: 100 jumping jacks, 100 mountain climbers
  10. Complete 5 rounds of: 30 seconds handstand hold, 45 seconds squat hold, 1 min plank, 30 seconds rest
  11. Complete 3 rounds of: 10 burpees, 20 squat jumps, 30 pushups, 40 squats, 50 lunges
  12. Complete the following: 50 sit-ups, 25 squats, 50 sit-ups, 25 lunges, 50 sit-ups, 25 burpees, 50 sit-ups
  13. Complete 50 sit ups (for time). Immediately following, complete as many reps as possible for 5 minutes of: 10 push-ups & 10 squats. Rest 2 minutes, then complete 25 burpees (for time)
  14. Complete 25 push-ups with 25 different hand positions. Then perform 300 jump ropes (or 100 double unders)
  15. Complete 5 rounds of: 5 pistols squats (right leg), 5 pistol squats (left leg), 25 push-ups, 15 leg lifts, 5 burpees (rest 1 min between rounds)
