How much does boot camp cost?

I offer a variety of packages ranging from 1 class per week to 3 classes per week. Depending upon which package you choose, your rates will range from $10-$15/class. I also periodically offer monthly promotions. I’ll make sure you get the best rate!

Can I try a class before I decide to join?

Every prospective member receives one FREE class before joining! It’s important to me that you try boot camp to ensure it is a good fit before making the commitment.

How do I sign up for my FREE class?

You can sign up for your first class by setting up an online account. Once your account is set up, it will provide you the option of ‘Trial Member – Drop In’. Select that, then register for your first class! (It will ask you for your credit card information, but nothing will be charged until we confirm you want to join.)

How do I pay for class?

I use an online membership software program called MindBody. All boot camp packages are charged by the month. I ask for a 3 month commitment to ensure you’re able to fully experience the program and see results. Your membership will continue until you tell me you want to cancel.

Where does boot camp meet?

Boot camp meets at the training studio located at 1440 N St, NW Ste. 1, inside a residential building. The front desk will buzz you in and point you in the right direction. Once the group has arrived and the weather permits, we will head outside to a nearby location.

What should I bring to boot camp?

A bottle of water and a positive attitude! I will provide the rest. I have sweat towels, mats and access to a restroom, although there is no shower at the facility.

Do you have a class cancellation policy?

I ask for 12 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for that class. If you cancel prior to 12 hours, the class will be returned to you. Please cancel through MindBody so that your spot is reopened for someone else.

Who are your boot camps designed for?

Boot camps are designed for all ages, genders and fitness levels. Most workouts are timed so you complete as much work as YOU are able. Modifications will always be provided both for beginners and the more advanced. We will do some running, but you do not have to be a runner to attend boot camp.
