Jaime Andrews Fitness has teamed up with local coffee shops to offer a series of fun and functional fitness classes. If you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, sculpt and shape, this is where you should be on Saturday mornings. An ideal way to reach your fitness goals, Jaime designs each class to ensure a safe and effective workout. Boot Camp is perfect for all ages & fitness levels. Plus, you get beautiful scenic views to keep you motivated. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Join Boot Camp

This is an outdoor group training session that takes place on the shore of Wrightsville Beach. Every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. classes meet at a Annex Surf Supply and head outdoors for a 40-minute workout. Then we’ll venture back to the coffee shop, where Jaime will treat you to a house brew.

The cost is $5 per person, per class. There are many ways to join:

Boot camps are designed for all ages, genders and fitness levels. Most workouts are timed so you complete as much work as YOU are able. Modifications will always be provided both for beginners and the more advanced.
