Jacquie Rittenhouse leads boot camps at Jaime Andrews Fitness. She got her start as a trainer and group fitness instructor through the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSPA and a group fitness instructor through ACE Fitness. She has worked at many different types of gyms, from corporate offices to small private boutiques. Jacquie has continued to train even after finishing school as she enjoys getting to know people and helping them become the best person they can be. When training, Jacquie likes to push participants to do all they can from cardio to the amount of weights they lift. She believes high intensity interval work is one of the best ways to get the most out of a one hour workout!
